Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the place of delivery. Below you will find the different rates applied.


Mainland Spain: 5€ for orders of less than 20€, free from 20€, maximum 5 days

Balearic Islands: 5€, maximum 5 days.

Canary Islands: 20€, maximum 10 days.

Ceuta and Melilla: 20€, maximum 10 days.

During sales and promotions periods, if the delivery time is different from usual, it will be informed through the website.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will inform you by email.

It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or post office boxes.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of your order at any time in My Orders section of My Account. Also, as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email.

I haven't received my order yet

If you have not yet received your order and the delivery time has passed, please check your email as you may have received an email informing you that your order has left our warehouse. Please note that during sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.

The items received are incorrect or have a defect.

Check the different return options in the Returns and Exchanges section.

I have not received all the items of my purchase

Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund you the amount corresponding to that item in the same payment method used in the purchase.

If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
