Returns are FREE
First of all, you should know that returns on the official Paredes website are FREE for the peninsula and Balearic Islands.
SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS
Free collection at home (only Peninsula and Balearic Islands).
You have 30 days after receiving your order to exchange an item for another size or return it. To do this, you can request free home collection and we will send a carrier to collect your parcel:
1. Request home collection by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Prepare your package, pack it to protect the item's box and fill in the return’s delivery note that you will receive with your purchase.
It is important that you indicate on this document the size change to be made if necessary.
3. The carrier will come to your home to collect your package within 24 hours of receiving your request by email.
4. In case of return, the refund will be made in the same method of payment used in the purchase and within 3 to 12 working days after we receive your package in our warehouses.

This service is not available in Ceuta, Melilla, and Canary Islands.
style or colour changes
Once you have received your order, if you wish to change it for a different style or change the colour, you must return the initial purchase to us. When we receive it, we will refund the amount paid and you will be able to make a new purchase.
Conditions for returns
When making exchanges and returns you have to know that:
- Returned items must be in the same condition as when you received them.
- As soon as we receive your package, we will check the condition of the items and we will change the size or refund the returned garments.
- Returns must always be managed by Paredes after prior communication from the customer by email. Paredes will pick up the returned goods at the customer's address and the carrier will provide the appropriate packaging and the return label. However, it is advisable to protect the box of the returned item to avoid its deterioration.
Refunds can take between 3 and 12 working days from the time we receive your return in our warehouse. As soon as we verify the condition of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Remember that the payment will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Have you paid by bank transfer? In this case, we will need your account number to make the refund. To do so, send us your details to email@example.com indicating your account number, your name, and the order number. As soon as we receive these details and check the conditions of the item, we will carry out the refund.
Paredes follows the usual sizing standards. This means that if you normally wear a 40, it will be the same in Paredes.

When you reach the summary of your purchase*, click on "Apply promotional code" and enter the code. It will automatically be deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
Currently, it is not possible to cancel or modify your order as we prepare your purchase as soon as you confirm your order on the website.

Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the place of delivery. Please see below for details of the different rates applied.
TYPE OF DELIVERY - DELIVERY COST - DELIVERY TIME
Mainland Spain: 5€ for orders of less than 20€, free from 20€, maximum 5 days
Balearic Islands: 5€, maximum 5 days
Canary Islands: 20€, maximum 10 days
Ceuta and Melilla: 20€, maximum 10 days
In mainland Spain your order will arrive within 24/48 hours.
In the Balearic Islands the delivery time is 24/48 hours but it can vary depending on the location, taking up to a maximum of 72 hours. In the
Canary Islands the delivery time is approximately 7 to 10 days.
If your order has not yet arrived and the delivery time has passed, check your email as you may have received an email informing you of the status of your order.
Please note that during sales or promotions, delivery times may be longer.
Check your email to see if we have sent you an email informing you that one of the items included in your order is no longer available. In this case, we will refund you the amount corresponding to that item in the same payment method used for the purchase.
If you have not received an email, please contact Customer Service on 966 630 052 and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
If you have received an item with a defect or different from the one you purchased, we will refund the items and the shipping costs as soon as we receive them in our warehouse and verify the condition of the products.
To process the return, it is essential that you fill in the delivery note and include it in your parcel.
Can't find it? Go to the My Orders section of My Account, select the order, and print the Return Form.

In this case, we will need your account number to make the refund. To do so, please send us an email with your bank details to email@example.com. As soon as we receive these details, we will carry out the refund.

No, adding an item to the shopping cart does not guarantee its reservation or availability. There are items in high demand that may be sold out before the purchase is completed even though they were available when you added them to your cart.
No, Paredes products are not manufactured in Spain but their design, control and distribution are done from Spain, specifically from its facilities in Elche.
